NOTES on RENTAL RATES

Minimum one week rental, Saturday to Saturday. Alternative periods may be available during the off peak season - please contact us directly the chat box or via VRBO.

The Swimming pool is open between May and beginning of October. Pool usage before or after these dates will incur an additional charge.

A refundable deposit of EUR 300 is required for breakages (this is all included by VRBO)

A set budget has been established to cover cleaning and laundry. In the event more time is required to clean up after your stay, we reserve the right to deduct this from the deposit paid to VRBO.

We are very happy to discuss discounts for longer stays over off peak periods.

EXTRA CHARGES
The house sleeps 12 in full sized beds in 6 bedrooms. We have a further double room by separate negotiation. There is a put up bed and travel cot available. These are included for young children. Additional guests over 10 years of age are subject to owners’ agreement and will be charged pro rata to the Weekly Rental.
During the winter & cooler months when it is necessary to have the heating on, guests will be charged according to wood pellet and electricity consumption. Meter readings are taken on arrival and departure and the cost deducted from the deposit.
CANCELLATION
VRBO is easy to use for booking and cancellation is straight forward especially during the ongoing COVID difficulties.
