5 bathrooms (3 en-suite) one has a wonderful deep cast iron bath, another a spa bath.

The kitchen is well appointed with an ILVE double oven, 6 ring gas hob, large American style fridge/freezer with chilled water & ice dispenser and 2 dishwashers. A large marble topped island is perfect for pasta making and communal cooking and there are plentiful culinary herbs growing right outside the kitchen door.

The wisteria loggia off the kitchen has an all year table with views to Mt Acuto to the south west.

Under a jasmine pergola over looking the infinity pool, is a long table that seats 14, perfect for summer al fresco meals.

Downstairs, the large living space has 2 big sofas, fireplace with Jotul woodburning stove and indoor dining room table. 4 pairs of double doors open onto the pergola & loggia with 2 outdoor sofas & chairs perfect for relaxing after lunch with a book on lazy afternoons.

Upstairs is a second living room with big sofa, wood burning stove and TV & DVD player.

Adjacent is the library with books on art, history and flora & fauna of the region, maps and guides on the area and lots of good books for holiday reading.

There is a well stocked collection of board games for all ages, puzzles and playing cards.

WiFi is unlimited, 4G reception is good.

For winter months we have underfloor heating in the new extension and heating throughout is provided by solar and pellet boiler sources.
