The kitchen is well appointed with an ILVE double oven, 6 ring gas hob, large American style fridge/freezer that has chilled water & ice dispenser and 2 dishwashers. A large marble topped island is perfect for pasta making and communal cooking, there are plentiful culinary herbs to use growing outside the kitchen doors.

The wisteria loggia off the kitchen has an all year table with views to Mt Acuto to the south west.

Under a jasmine pergola above the infinity pool sits a long table that seats 14, perfect for summeral fresco meals together.

Downstairs the large living space has 2 long sofas, fireplace with Jotul woodburning stove and indoor dining room table. 4 pairs of double doors open onto the pergola & loggia with 2 big outdoor sofas perfect for after lunch relaxing with a book on a lazy afternoon.

Upstairs is another living room with big sofa, wood burning stove and TV & DVD player.

Adjacent is the library with books on art, history and flora & fauna of the region, maps and guides on the area and lots of good books for holiday reading.

There is a well stocked collection of board games for all ages, puzzles and playing cards.

For winter months we have underfloor heating in the new extension and heating throughout is provided by solar and pellet boiler sources.
